Where is Hwy 56 Storage Ranch?
Look for us at 8280 W. State Hwy 56 in Savoy. You can’t miss us!
How far are you from downtown Savoy?
Not far at all. Our facility is only 3 miles from downtown Savoy via TX-56 E. That’s just a 3-minute drive.
How convenient is it to access my unit?
Easy. Each unit is enclosed with perimeter fencing and keypad gate entry. You’ll receive a code that gives access inside of the facility during access hours. Access hours are 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM.
When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.
Do you serve any other neighborhoods except Savoy?
Absolutely! Thanks to our easy access from Savoy we are centrally located between Denison, Ravenna, Bonham, Leonard, Melissa, Sherman, and other cities. Heck, even easy travel from the Dallas area.
What are your security features?
Our security features include a resident manager, gated access, fencing, and surveillance cameras.
What are climate-controlled units?
Climate-controlled units keep your belongings cool and dry while protecting them against extreme hot and cold temperatures, as well as humidity.
What vehicle storage options do you have?
Covered vehicle parking is available for your car, boat, RV, or other vehicles.
What RV storage options do you have?
RV storage comes in many sizes due to the fact that RVs, campers, and travel trailers come in a wide variety of sizes. Width and height is an important consideration when it comes to RV storage. Our sizes range from 12.5x22x12.5 up to 12.5x48x14.
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our staff for assistance.
How do I pay my bills?
We recommend our online payment system. It’s as easy as it gets!
Is drive-up access available?
It is. Our 30’ driveways allow you to pull your vehicle right up to the unit in order to load and unload your belongings.No more carrying heavy items from the parking lot!
